The day's lingering rain showers erupted into a sudden downpour, as careless drivers weaved in and around a slower moving sedan. The easily forgettable grey rental car driven by Pastor Mitchell Coleman crept along, showing outward signs of an uncertain and possibly distracted driver at the wheel.
